Please note that reserving the BTI Auditorium does not automatically reserve the BTI Atrium Conference Room as well. If you have a large group (30+) that will be breaking in the atrium area, please contact Valleri Longcoy about reserving the Atrium Conference Room in addition to the Auditorium. This will allow for more room and seating for your attendees and will prevent someone else from booking it for a meeting and being disrupted by the noise of your group.
