Partners The Boyce Thompson Southwest Arboretum Colonel William Boyce Thompson founded the arboretum, which is located in Superior, Arizona.

Partners Cornell University BTI is affiliated with Cornell, and is located on the university's Ithaca campus. Most BTI faculty members have joint appointments at the university.

Partners MicrobeWorld BTI sponsors daily 90-second MicrobeWorld segments on a local public radio station, WEOS.

Partners The National Agricultural Biotechnology Council research, education, and environment.

Partners The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) BTI and the USDA are moving toward greater collaboration; Institute scientist Jim Giovannoni holds appointments at both institutions.
